JAKARTA – Inforayanews.co.id, – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK-red) bakal mendalami dugaan keterlibatan anggota DPRD Bekasi terkait adanya kasus suap pengadaan barang dan jasa serta jual beli jabatan yang menjerat Wali Kota Bekasi Rahmat Effendi.
Dugaan suap pengadaan di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota (pemkot) Bekasi yang diduga melibatkan Rahmat itu menyangkut APBD-P Tahun Anggaran 2021.
KPK menduga pria yang akrab disapa Pepen itu mengintervensi lokasi lahan ganti rugi yang telah diatur dalam APBD-P Tahun 2021 yang dianggarkan sekitar Rp 286,5 miliar.
“Tentu ini kita akan dalami (keterlibatan DPRD),” ujar Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri, dalam konferensi pers, di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, pada hari Kamis (6/1/2021).
Kendati demikian, pendalaman-pendalaman yang dilakukan lembaga antirasuah itu juga mesti berdasarkan bukti permulaan dan hasil pemeriksaan yang terus dilakukan oleh tim penyidik KPK. Ujar Firli.
Hingga kini, menurut dia, tim KPK belum menemukan adanya dugaan keterlibatan anggota DPRD dalam kasus yang menjerat Wali Kota Bekasi tersebut.
Namun, mantan Kapolda Sumatera Selatan itu memastikan, pihaknya akan mendalami seluruh kemungkinan yang ada.
Sebab, Firli menyadari bahwa ada empat tahapan titik rawan terjadi korupsi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah.
Keempat tahapan tersebut meliputi proses perencanaan APBD, pelaksanaan APBD, diskusi anggaran, dan pengawasan anggaran.
“Saya sungguh berharap kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan segenap komponen bangsa bersama KPK untuk membersihkan Indonesia dari korupsi,” ucap Firli.
Selain Pepen, KPK juga menetapkan Sekretaris Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP M Bunyamin, Lurah Kali Sari Mulyadi alias Bayong, Camat Jatisampurna Wahyudin, dan Kepala Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kota Bekasi Jumhana Lutfi sebagai tersangka penerima suap.
Kemudian, ada empat orang lainnya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka pemberi suap. Mereka adalah Direktur PT MAM Energindo Ali Amril, pihak swasta Lai Bui Min alias Anen, pihak PT Kota Bintang Rayatri Suryadi, dan Camat Rawalumbu Makhfud Saifudin.(Red)
