Acara tersebut digelar di halaman kantor sekretariat PDI.Perjuangan yang berada di wilayah Utan Panjang, Kecamatan Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat. dihadiri pengurus Sekretariat PDI Perjuangan dan juga pengurus RT / RW serta unsur masyarakat, terdiri dari 3 RW yaitu RW,08,09 dan juga RW.010.
Dalam sambutannya Ketua DPC PDI Perjuangan Jakarta Pusat dan juga anggota DPRD DKI Jakarta Ibu Wa Ode Herlina S.I.Kom.MM. menyatakan bahwa “Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian dari partai PDI perjuangan terhadap masyarakat yang berada di wilayah Utan Panjang, dimana mereka masyarakat disini memang sangat membutuhkan perhatian dari partai dan juga para kader serta anggota dewan dari partai PDI perjuangan”. Maka dari itu, sambung Wa Ode Herlina, selain kami juga bisa meningkatkan tali silaturahmi yang baik, kehadiran kami disini tentunya untuk memberikan manfaat yang positif dan Insya Allah kedepannya partai PDI Perjuangan akan senantiasa selalu ada di hati masyarakat kecil, maka dari itu PDI Perjuangan akan selalu hadir dari Rakyat dan untuk Rakyat.
