BALIKPAPAN – Inforayanews.co.id, – Dedik Purnomo (27) warga Desa Putuk Rejo RT 005 RW 005 Desa Kemantren, Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur membuat gempar jagat maya.

Dengan alasan tak punya uang pemuda yang merantau di Kalimantan Timur ini ini nekat menyebrangi Teluk Balikpapan menggunakan galon air, Rabu (16/12/2020).

 

Dia akhirnya diamankan polisi setelah tiga jam terapung di air. Korban sempat mengapung sekitar 300 meter dari dermaga Pelabuhan Chevron Semayang, Balikpapan.

Warga di sekitar lokasi awalnya kaget melihat korban mengapung di Teluk Balikpapan , persis di Pelabuhan Chevron Balikpapan Kota.

Polisi kemudian mengevakuasi korban untuk diberi pertolongan medis. Kemudian dibawa ke daratan dan selanjutnya dibawa ke kantor Polsek Pelabuhan Semayang, untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan.

“Sudah empat bulan di Balikpapan , tidak punya pekerjaan. Saya tinggal sama kakak saya di perumahan Rengganis, Balikpapan Selatan. Karena tidak punya uang dan tidak ada pilihan lain, saya nekat menghanyutkan diri,” ujar Dedik.(IS-Red)
