KAB.PESAWARAN – Inforayanews.co.id, – Ketua FPII Korwil Pesawaran Sofiyawan menyoroti berita di media yang memberitakan KPU kabupaten pesawaran terkait dugaan korupsi yang terjadi di saat pelaksanaan Pilkada serentak tahun 2020.

“Sangat disayangkan kejadian ini karena pelaksanaan Pilkada sudah terlaksana dengan kondusif, namun kalau terjadi pemotongan anggaran oleh okonum penyelanggara pilkada, harus di proses agar tidak mencederai demokrasi”, jelas Sofiyawan, Kamis(17/12/2020).

Dari berita yang ada dari total anggaran sebesar Rp 27.621.219.500, di tambah dengan rincian Anggaran Belanja tahun 2019 untuk pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Pesawaran tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 350.000.000, kemudian ada tambahan dana Covid-19, sebesar Rp 2,7 Milliar lebih, jadi total Rp 30 Milliar lebih.

Dalam penggunaan dana tersebut ada dugaan Kegiatan Fiktif, Mark’up anggaran dan Manipulasi data yang dilakukan oleh Oknum KPUD Pesawaran diantaranya sewa kantor Sekretariat KPU, sewa gudang, kegiatan bimbingan teknis, jalan sehat, iklan media, belanja ATK di setiap kegiatan dan masih banyak lainnya dengan total kerugian negara mencapai miliaran rupiah.

Tidak sampai disitu, KPU Kabupaten Pesawaran diduga memotong dana pembuatan TPS di 1021 TPS yang tersebar se-Kabupaten Pesawaran. anggaran yang digelontorkan pemerintah Rp.1 juta rupiah per TPS hanya diberikan Rp. 500 ribu tanpa alasan yang jelas.

“Kami menerima dana Rp. 5.073.400,- termasuk honor dan uang makan berikut dengan operasional direkap,” ungkap salah seorang ketua KPPS di Kecamatan Gedong Tataan.

“Kami hanya terima itu, saya gak tau kalau dana itu lebih atau kurang, makan 2 kali sejak makan Rp.20 ribu, kalau katanya 30 ribu ya saya kurang faham,” tambahnya.

Saat dikonfirmasi, Ketua KPUD Kabupaten Pesawaran Yatin Putro Sugino terkesan buang badan, dirinya menyarankan agar konfirmasi ke Sekretaris KPU.

“Silakan konfirmasi ke sekretaris bu Sofy, namun saya sedikit klasifikasi, terkait dengan pelaksaan Pilkada, kami diperkenankan untuk revisi anggaran kemudian dilaporkan kepada KPU RI, anggaran yang dihibahkan ke KPU, kemudian KPU melakukan; pengelolaannya untuk merevisi anggaran,” ujarnya ketika dikonfirmasi melalui telpon seluler, Senin (14/12/2020).

Begitu juga Sekretaris KPU Kabupaten Pesawaran Sofiani ketika dikonfirmasi, tidak menampik bahwa ada pengurangan dana pembuatan TPS, hanya saja menurutnya, pihaknya mengalokasikan dana pembuatan TPS di dua titik sewa tenda dan ATK.

“Itu kita pecah buat sewa tenda 500 ribu dan buat ATK 500 ribu, jadi pembuatan tenda meliputi sewa dan ATK,” jelas Sofi.

Lembaga FPII akan mendesak pihak Aparat Penegak Hukum agar memeriksa dan memproses dugaan tersebut (R4y.R.A)
