Cinta Segi Tiga Berujung Maut , “Polres Metro Bekasi Berhasil Ungkap & Amankan Pelaku”

KABUPATEN BEKASI – Inforayanews.co.id , – Polisi berhasil meringkus 3 komplotan tersangka pembunuhan yang terjadi di sebuah ruko di Desa Sukasejati, Cikarang Selatan, beberapa bulan lalu.

Ketiga tersangka yang ditangkap adalah D, N, dan De. D adalah wanita bersuami yang menjalin kasih dengan N dan S (korban).

Kapolres Metro Bekasi, Kombes Hendra Gunawan, menjelaskan pembunuhan ini adalah buntut dari cinta segitiga yang terjadi antara D, N, dan korban.

“Kejadian ini dilatar belakangi ketidaksukaan tersangka D dan N akibat upaya pemerasan yang dilakukan oleh korban,” ucap Hendra Gunawan, Senin (5/10/2020).

“Korban mengkloning WA tersangka atas nama D. Jadi, percakapan antara D dan N termonitor dapat dilihat oleh S,” sambungnya.

Lanjut Hendra, korban meminta bayaran Rp3.500.000 atau percakapan tersebut dibocorkan kepada suami D. Tapi, D hanya membayar Rp500.000.

“Atas dasar itu, tersangka D dendam dan melaporkan kepada N untuk merencanakan pembunuhan. M membawa teman berinisial lT. Dan D membawa teman berinisial De,” kata dia.

Keempat tersangka bertemu di perumahan Grand Vista untuk merencanakan pembunuhan pada hari dan tanggal yang sama. Pembagian peran berlangsung di sana.

“N membagi peran. T eksekusi S. Tersangkaa D menjemput korban S. De memberi uang kepada N untuk kabur,” kata dia.

Akhirnya terjadilah pembunuhan seperti yang telah direncanakan. S dikampak oleh N dan dapat ditangkis, tetapi kampak masih mengenai pipi S sehingga menimbulkan luka sayat.

“Dilanjutkan tusukan oleh D dan mengenai dada korban sehingga itu mengakibatkan kematian,” ungkapnya.

Teriakan korban terdengar oleh Samid yang tak jauh dari lokasi. Samid juga sempat melihat mobil yang melaju dengan cepat dari lokasi. Inilah yang menjadi sumber informasi awal polisi. Samid mengira hal itu adalah pembegalan.

“Korban sempat dibawa ke RS oleh D. Tapi ditinggalkan oleh D. Di RS itu kita gali info karena sempat gelap. Dan didapati bukti petunjuk informasi N dengan D,” ucap Hendra.

N ditangkap di Bandung Barat, sementara D dan De di wilayah Cileungsi. S diketahui adalah teman kecil D yang menjalin kasih. Meski pada saat yang sama D juga menjalin kasih dengan N, padahal telah bersuami.

“Barang yang hilang tidak ada. Kita amankan ponsel tersangka, kunci mobil dan motor, kemudian pakaian tersangka. Alat pembunuhan masih dicari, berupa kampak dan pisau kecil,” kata dia.

“Pasal yang kita kenakan adalah Pasal 338 KUHP subsider 340 KUHP dan 170 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman mati,” Tutupnya.(Red)
