JAKARTA – inforayanews.co.id, – Kapal selam KRI Nanggala 402 ditemukan di kedalaman 850 meter di bawah laut. Kasal Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono memastikan kapal selam KRI Nanggala 402 tidak meledak. Insiden yang terjadi di perairan utara Bali lebih pada keretakan.
“Apakah ledakan atau keretakan? Bukan ledakan. Kalau ledakan pasti sudah hancur. Juga ada suara yang akan terdengar sonar. Ini lebih pada keretakan,” kata KSAL dalam konferensi pers, Sabtu (24/4/2021).
Yudo menuturkan, dalam insiden ini diyakini terjadi keretakan pada KRI Nanggala sehingga jatuh pada pada kedalaman. Karena retakan itu barang-barang pada kapal selam buatan Jerman ini keluar dari kapal dan muncul di permukaan.
Kasal mengatakan, operasi pencarian akan terus dilakukan. KRI Nanggala saat ini berada pada kedalaman 850 meter.
Panglima TNI Marsekal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto menyampaikan keprihatinan mendalam atas kejadian ini. Dia kembali meminta doa masyarakat agar penyelamatan para prajurit on board KRI Nanggala dapat ditemukan.(Red)
