Kabid Sarana dan Prasarana Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Mulyadi HS mengatakan kebakaran terjadi Jumat (7/4/2023) sekira pukul 16.15 WIB.
Kata Dia, api muncul dari kantor lantai dua di Gedung Tata Ruang (TU). Saat kejadian dalam keadaan kosong karena para pegawai tengah libur.
“Karena kosong tidak ada pegawai, perkirakan kebakaran akibat dari arus pendek listrik,”kata Mulyadi dari keterangannya, Jumat (7/4/2023).
Sebanyak 4 unit mobil Damkar dari Kabupaten Bekas dikerahkan ke lokasi untuk memadamkan. Api baru bisa dijinakkan pada pukul 17.40 WIB.
“Untuk kerugian belum diketahui, akan tetapi ruang dengan luas area 150 M2 hangus terbakar hingga mengalami rusak berat,”pungkasnya.(IS-123d)
