KABUPATEN BEKASI – Inforayanews.co.id,-Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi telah menganggarkan untuk membangun 488 WC pada tahun 2020. Anggaran yang akan dialokasikan tidak tanggung tanggung kurang lebih sebesar Rp 98 miliar.
Salah satu titik kegiatannya berada di SDN Mangunjaya 04, Tambun Selatan. Dengan anggaran yang digunakan membangun WC itu senilai Rp 196,5 juta. Pembangunannya 57 hari kalender mulai 26 Oktober hingga 21 Desember 2020.
Bupati Bekasi Eka Supria Atmaja mengatakan pihaknya akan mengevaluasi pembangunan WC yang menjadi perhatian publik. Pasalnya, pembangunannya itu menelan anggaran daerah mencapai ratusan juta rupiah di setiap titiknya dengan dimensi sekitar 3,5 X3,6 meter.
“Terhadap apa yang ramai di media itu, adalah tentang pembangunan WC , ini kan pengerjaaannya baru mencapai 35 persen,” kata Eka dalam video yang diunggah akun instagram resmi Pemkab Bekasi, Rabu (16/12).
Ia mengatakan, pihaknya menunggu pembangunan WC di setiap sekolah baik sekolah dasar maupun menengah pertama rampung semuanya.
“Nanti saya akan mengevaluasi terhadap apa yang sudah dikerjakan, dan pastinya ada inspektorat yang nantinya melihat,” ucap Eka.
Jika ditemukan pelanggaran atau pelaksanaannya tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi, Eka berjanji akan menindak tegas anak buahnya.
“Kita ingin pembagunan berkualias, kita ingin uang masyarakat dipergunukaan untuk masyarakat juga,” kata Eka.
Diinfokan sebelumnya oleh Kepala Bidang Bangunan Negara Dinas Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Bekasi, Benny Sugiarto Prawiro, kepada media Inforayanews.co.id mengatakan, “Pembangunan toilet ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan konsep adaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru”.
Di setiap sekolah nantinya akan dibangun dua ruang toilet, dua unit urinoar, tempat wudu dan tujuh wastafel.
“Sebanyak lima wastafel di antaranya mengusung konsep new normal dengan menggunakan mekanisme keran injak. Wastafel ini bukan cuma dipasang di toilet tapi juga di sekitar area sekolah. Jadi sebelum masuk sekolah, para siswa haruslah cuci tangan terlebih dulu,” ucap dia.
Untuk menjaga ketersediaan air, kata Benny, maka digunakan dua sistem tempat penyimpanan yaitu dengan menggunakan ground water tank atau GWT kapasitas 1.000 liter dan juga water torn kapasitas 1.050 liter.(IS-Red)
