KABUPATEN BEKASI – Inforayanews.co.id ,- Ketua Serikat Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI) Provinsi Jawa Barat Hardiyansyah secara resmi melantik pengurus SMSI Perwakilan Bekasi Raya masa bakti 2020-2025 berdasarkan SK SMSI Jabar No : 007/KPTS/SMSI-JABAT/lII/2020. Acara pelantikan berlangsung di Thamrin Boulevard Jababeka Kabupaten Bekasi, pada Senin, 31 Agustus 2020.

Hadir dalam acara pelantikan tersebut Ir. H. Erman Soeparno, MBA MSi mantan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi di era Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Bupati Bekasi H. Eka Supria Atmaja, SH, Kapolres Bekasi Kombes. Pol. Hendra Gunawan, S.I.K., M.Si, beberapa anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bekasi serta unsur Forkopimda Kabupaten dan Kota Bekasi, serta Ketua Umum LSM GMBI M. Fauzan dan Ketua LSM GMBI Bekasi beserta jajaran

Dalam sambutannya Ketua SMSI Jabar, Hardiyansyah atau yang sering disapa Andhy menyampaikan, Pertumbuhan media online di Indonesia saat ini sangat pesat. Berdasarkan catatan Dewan Pers, saat ini tak kurang 47.000 media massa berbasis internet yang beroperasi di seluruh Indonesia.

Namun sayangnya, kata Andy, sebagian besar tidak dikelola secara profesional dan tidak menghormati etika dan hukum jurnalistik. Sehingga kerap menimbulkan permasalahan hukum.Untuk menertibkan hal tersebut Dewan Pers telah melakukan berbagai upaya. Namun dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu, tenaga dan personil sehingga upaya tersebut belum menunjukan hasil yang signifikan.

“ Maka keberaadaan SMSI sebagai organisasi yang mewadahi perusahaan-perusahaan media online di Indonesia menjadi sangat penting perannya dalam menciptakan perusahaan pers yang profesional dan berintegritas.

Sehingga dapat menghasilkan karya-karya jurnaalistik yang baik dan berkualitas,” kata Andhy.Sebagai informasi, lanjut Andhy, saat ini SMSI sudah resmi ditetapkan sebagai konstituen Dewan Pers.” Di Jawa Barat sendiri saat ini memiliki sebanyak 120 perusahaan media siber, dan 5 perwakilan SMSI Jabar, yakni: Bogor, Cirebon, indramayu, Karawang dan Bekasi,” katanya.

Saya berharap, kata Andhy, hadirnya SMSI di Bekasi Raya ini akan turut memberi warna dalam setiap program pembangunan di wilayah ini.
