Empat Pelaku Pencurian Dengan Modus Ganjal ATM Berhasil Diringkus Jajaran Polres Metro #

KABUPATEN BEKASI – inforayanews.co.id, – Polres Metro Bekasi berhasil menangkap 4 pelaku Ganjal ATM pada Jumat 17 April 2021, di Jalan Raya Bahkilong, Sukadami Cikarang Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

Keempat pelaku yang berhasil diamankan Polres Metro Bekasi yaitu AKM, S, H dan NS.

Peran dan tugas para pelaku adalah AKM sebagai pelaku eksekusi, N sebagai penganti dibelakang eksekutor, S berperan sebagai supir dan H yang mengawasi sekitar lokasi ATM.

Para pelaku sudah melancarkan aksinya di ATM Bank Mandiri dan sudah melancarkan aksinya di 4 lokasi di wilayah hukum Polres Metro Bekasi dihari yang sama.

Kapolres Metro Bekasi Kombes Pol Hendra Gunawan S.Ik,M.Si memaparkan bahwa para pelaku sudah melakukan 4 kali melancarkan aksinya di wilayah hukum Polres Metro Bekasi diantaranya di Cikarang Utara 2 Tempat, 1 Tempat di Cikarang Barat, dan 1 Tempat di wilayah Serang Baru.

“Pelaku ini sudah melancarkan aksinya di 4 tempat di wilayah hukum Polres Metro Bekasi, Mesin ATM Mandiri Pom Bensin Sukamantri Pukul 21.00Wib, Pom Bensin Sempu Pukul 22.00 Wib, Pom Bensin Pintu Tol Cibitung Pukul 22.30 Wib dan Depan Alfamart di Jl.Bahkilong Pukul 23.45 Wib,” Ujar Kapolres.

Para pelaku sudah melancarkan aksinya ini sudah 2 bulan dan seluruh Mesin ATM dan seluruhnya yang di bobol adalah ATM milik Bank Mandiri.

“Menurut pengakuan para pelaku ini menggunakan Kartu ATM bukan miliknya, dari hasil membeli di Toko Online melalui jejaring media sosial dengan harga 500rb dan pelaku membeli 3 buah kartu ATM,” Tambah Kapolres.

“Para pelaku selain di Bekasi juga melancarkan aksinya dibeberapa tempat seperti Karawang, Cikampek dan Garut, rata-rata pelaku mengambil mulai dari 1jt hingga 1,5jt rupiah dari masing-masing mesin ATM dan bisa mencapai 10 juta setiap kali aksinya dilakukan,” Tutup Kapolres.

Modus operandi para pelaku saat melancarkan aksinya dengan cara sebagai nasabah dan melakukan penarikan melalui mesin ATM Bank Mandiri, dan pelaku melakukan perbuatanya dengan cara mengganjal menggunakan tang atau obeng pada saat mesin ATM sedang proses mengeluarkan uang dan setelah diganjal ditempat bagian keluarnya uang pelaku menggunakan alat pancing ikan.

Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan bersama para pelaku 2 buah Alat Pancing, 2 buah Tang, 2 buah Obeng, 1 buah Kawat, 1 buah Gunting, 1 buah Mobil Avanza Warna Putih dan Uang Tunai sebesar Rp.4.200.000,-.

Para pelaku diancam dengan pasal 363 KUHPidana yaitu pencurian dengan pemberatan.(R.ST)
