KABUPATEN BEKASI – Inforayanews.co.id, – Pengerjaan pemasangan jembatan pipa milik PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi di bantaran CBL yang masuk wilayah desa Kalijaya, kecamatan Cikarang Barat, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat, diduga kuat belum mengantongi izin dari pemilik lahan yang dalam hal ini adalah perusahaan jasa Tirta (PJT-red).
Pipa berdiameter 400 mm itu dipasang sepanjang 70 meter di bantaran Kanal CBL. Proyek itu sudah berlangsung sejak awal Januari.
Akan tetapi, menurut informasi yang didapat, hingga jelang akhir Februari 2022 proyek itu diduga belum mengantongi izin yang resmi terkait untuk pemanfaatan lahan.
“Semestinya proyek seperti itu memegang izin resmi dari pemilik lahan dalam hal ini PJT II. Ini sudah berjalan sejak awal Januari, tapi belum ada izin,” jelas pegiat lingkungan Ipul Saepul Anwar saat memberikan keterangannya kepada tim media pada hari Jumat (25/2/2022).
lebih lanjut Asep juga mengatakan bahwa apabila proyek tersebut tidak ada izin kerjasamanya maka dipastikan ada pengemplangan anggaran untuk pembayaran retribusi atau penyewaan lahan sementara tersebut.
“Ada aturan yang harus diselesaikan oleh pihak ketiga, apabila tidak berizin maka ada dugaan penggelapan anggaran,” paparnya.
“Kita, dan pegiat lingkungan lain juga menyayangkan proyek seperti ini terus berjalan meski tidak ada izin sama sekali. Malah terkesan ada pembiaran sehingga lanjut terus sampai sekarang, bahkan progresnya juga sudah mau selesai,” jelas dia.
Dia meminta pihak PDAM TB segera mengurus izin terlebih dahulu sebelum kembali melanjutkan proyek tersebut.
Sementara itu Hendra selaku Kasie dari pihak PJT ll saat di konfirmasi oleh tim media melalui telephon selulernya seperti tidak merespon.(124y-red)
